About the CCBA

What Parents Are Saying…

“When my son first joined the marching band in eighth grade, I had no idea we were entering a whole new band world. It sounded overwhelming at first and I didn’t think I’d be able to volunteer much with a full-time job, and other family demands, but I quickly found there are lots of ways to help. Rather than feeling like yet another obligation, it’s been fun and fulfilling to be part of this amazing community of faculty, kids, and other parents.”

“Helping the band has been such a rewarding way to build memories with my kids. It’s a blast going to their events and actually being a part of the show behind the scenes.”

“I think the best thing about getting involved with the band boosters has been the sense of community when we all come together at home football games. It’s a great vibe being around the band and the rest of the fans from the school and the community. We enjoy helping with the halftime shows.”

“Band Camp truly is one of the best weeks of the year. The kids work very hard and they have fun too. It’s incredible to see them spending time together without cell phones to get in the way. My daughter always learns so much, makes new friends, and she comes home excited for school to start.”
